Each teacher and class offers a different style and technique. Come find the right class for you by trying unlimited yoga for $33 for your first month. This includes all regular classes on the schedule. Workshops and sound baths are extra.
Live further away but want to meet up with friends? Starting slow? We offer a 3 class pass for those who may only visit once a month. Expiration 3 months.
20 class punch pass, great for those who may come once a week. Expiration 6 months. Averages 15.00 a class.
10 class punch pass, expiration 6 months. Turns out to be 18.00 Per class

My name is Amanda Lee,
I discovered yoga at the age of 19 while living in California. It is something that has shaped my life ever since. In 2015 I graduated with a 500 hr yoga as a therapeutic tool certificate under the mentorship of Dana Baptiste and Lucy Dillon. I focused my studies on the softer side of yoga: Yin & Restorative Yoga, Adaptive & Soft Flow Yoga and Meditation.
I also have a degree is psychology and have been teaching yoga in mental health settings for the past 10 years. Over they years I have seen how the effects of stress and trauma affect the mind body and spirit. In a world where we are meant to connect, we often seem very disconnected.
I created this yoga studio to bring the ancient practices from Hindi culture and my own knowledge of psychology to help people bridge the gap between the mind and body. Helping you reconnect through the skill of mindfulness and is essence live in flow.

Take a break from screens and give your kids the gift of mindfulness. This class is designed to be fun with underlying lessons on kindness, gentleness, truthfulness and being present..
A yoga class designed for pregnant mothers and post pregnancy bodies. Learn new things here weekly and take it home to deepening your practice. Focusing and preparing the hips, recovering the pelvic floor and strengthening the core. Relaxation and modifications encourage throughout class.
Donation based mindfulness class. All experiences welcomed.
Strengthening class focused on working towards "peak poses" and holding power poses a little bit long to increase the burn. All classes end with savasana where you'll be able to intergrate your experience.
This class is meant to connect the mind and body by interrupting thought patterns with consistent movement. Learn traditional yoga poses while strengthening and getting a cardio workout. Work for that savasana baby!
A class designed to be gentle on the body. Move at your own pace and dive deep into relaxation with seated poses supported by pillows and props. Great class for relaxing, stretching and diving deeper into meditation.
A class focused are releasing connective tissue throughout the body. Focusing mostly on the shoulders, hips and back. In this class you will be holding restorative poses for an extended amount of time, 3-5 minutes. This allows our stretch to go deeper within the body and challenges the mind while we use our breath to sit in all sensations that arise.
